Common Issues
GSTIN search is not returning data
Check that the GSTIN is 15 characters long and entered without spaces. If the record still does not appear, try again later or verify with official sources.
PAN search result looks incomplete
PAN-linked GSTIN availability depends on the connected data source. Some registrations may not appear immediately after recent changes.
Tool upload is failing
Use supported Excel or CSV formats, keep required columns such as GSTIN or PAN clearly named, and avoid empty files.
